Developing the Omani talents is one of the TRE’s commitments on the Company’s training and development strategy. As part of this commitment, a team of 15 Omani Engineers cum Designers from various Technical Disciplines visited the ORPIC’s Sohar Refinery on 26th June, 2019. The team had visited different units within the refinery from receiving crude to shipment areas. The visit has provided the team a comprehensive understanding of the plant which helped them gain practical knowledge on various Mechanical Static & Rotating Equipment, Pipe racks, Civil Road crossings, Crossovers, Operating platforms, Control Room, Substation buildings and witnessed the live working environment of the plant.
