Major Process Engineering activities include, Process simulations, steady state and transient hydraulics, Sizing of process equipment, data sheets, and Process drawings. Process Engineering provides the base ground for all other engineering disciplines to follow at various stages of the project. Process engineering design services include:
- Process simulations in HYSYS / UNISIM
- Steady State Hydraulic calculations and simulations using in in-house excel work sheets, PIPESIM and PIPELINE STUDIO (TGNET & TLNET)
- Transient Hydraulic simulations using TLNET, TGNET and OLGA, where in operational and start-up SLUGs and Depressurization are carried out.
- Relief and Blow down calculations, Relief system design and hydraulics using FLARENET
- Process Drawings PFDs, P&IDs and MSDs
- Philosophies and Narrative for Process System Operation, Control and Safeguarding
- Equipment Sizing and Data Sheets
